Humility is a show of strength

I contemplated the first sentence in today’s newsletter. Should I apologize with a reasonable excuse as to why I have gone AWOL on y’all? Or should I just apologize with some emotional fillers - stuff like “It has been a rough month. I don’t even now where to begin. I’m just glad I’m still here",” very vague stuff like that?

Or should I just go on like the bad binsh that I am, unapologetically and seamlesslessly?

HOW HAVE YOU BEEN THOUGH? WHAT’S POPPIN’?

Being a creative isn’t just in that cool and cliche title, like I have said a zillion times, it’s in execution. Even if you failed at executing, you are more of a creative than someone who just wishes and fantasizes.

Asides creativity, what other stuff do you have?

Do you deliver excellent work? How’s the attitude? How’s the communication or collaboration skill? What about the conflict resolution approach? How do you deal with complacency and mediocre patterns?
