You can tell if you are doing well or not no matter the validations or pressure you receive from people and society. If you are ticking away your personal and career goals, theire is a deep and overwhelming sense of peace that fills your core and this settles you no matter what people say.

If you aren’t checking up your personal goals, there is a wandering your mind feels - a wandering for answers and fulfilment and it doesn’t matter how much validation people give you, you’ll know they don’t know anything about what you’re dealing with.

Those two things will happen from time to time - an approval from people would you rock your world and pressure from life would weigh heavy on your mind. It doesn’t matter what end of the spectrum, you’re on; just make sure you don’t lose sight of the goals.

Don’t let either one of them get to you that you become complacent or become sore from wear and tear.
